Weird Images from Bondi Beach Attack: What is This…?

Bondi beach terror attack footage

So, a quick follow on from the post on the Bondi beach terror attack.

The previous post was more focused on the propaganda aspect of what happened in Sydney (specifically Netanyahu’s foreshadowing of it), and some of the coincidences relating to it.

I didn’t do too much examination of the videos of the attack itself.

Having watched some of the footage a few times now, there are some curiosities.

But we should start with this: there’s this very odd footage that shows one of the shooters from a much closer position.

I’ve made my own capture of the video here, in case it gets removed elsewhere.

In this footage, you can see the shooter in the black shirt: two men come right up to him and appear to be talking with him relatively casually.

The person in the white shirt at one stage points to something and the shooter turns to look. Possibly he’s pointing at whoever’s filming the video.

It seems relatively laid back.

It’s not clear if the shooting had started yet at this point: but clearly the man is holding his weapon.

I mean, maybe these guys were trying to ask him what he was doing? Or trying to talk him out of doing anything with his weapon at all?

It’s an odd bit of footage. It’s also weird if someone was able to film from this close.

It’s not clear to me where this footage is from or who the filmer was. Someone said it appeared in a Sky News segment.

Aside from this, it’s still possibly odd that the main 10-minute video of the shooting spree is fixed entirely on that one angle for the whole duration. It never pans across to show the targets.

Here’s the full video again.

The result is that there’s no footage of any of the beach victims in the same video as the shooters.

In other words, as I said in the previous post, we never actually see what the shooters are aiming at.

If I was a random onlooker filming this atrocity from some presumably safe position, I think I would shift the camera to the left a little at some point to establish the full picture of what’s going on.

This person doesn’t. For ten minutes. Which is questionable.

You also notice in this footage that the police siren is heard nearby just twenty seconds into the shooting spree: which I did notice previously, but didn’t draw attention to.

Yet police didn’t act against the shooters until almost ten minutes later – during which the shooters were firing the whole time.

It’s even odder when you realise the police station is apparently just a five minute walk from the scene of the shooting. You can look that up.

In one clip of the police intercepting the terrorists, a female officer even seems to be smiling for some reason. Here’s a screen capture.

All very strange.

This YouTuber does a good job of analysing some other questions about the various footage too: here’s a link.

So yes, this Bondi beach attack seems even more questionable a couple of days on than it even did at first.

But as I already said on Monday, it’s all been so clearly telegraphed in advance anyway.
